This page covers this marketing website only. It is separate from my clinical Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how I handle protected health information for clients in treatment.
This website does not include any forms, logins, or fields where you type personal or health information directly into the site itself. Basic technical information (such as browser type and general location inferred from IP address) may be collected automatically by the hosting provider for security and performance purposes, in the same way most websites operate.
The "Request an Appointment" and "Contact" options on this site are provided through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. When you use either widget, your information is submitted directly to SimplePractice and routed to my practice account — it does not pass through or get stored by this website. SimplePractice's own privacy practices, including its Client Portal Privacy Policy, govern that process.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive here (for example, from a search engine or an ad). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This site does not run third-party advertising retargeting trackers.
This site links out to SimplePractice's client portal and, separately, to my Substack. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which I encourage you to review independently.
